Which AI assistants work with mcpbizapps?
Claude, ChatGPT (Business, Enterprise and Edu plans) and agents built in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Any other AI client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in works too.
Which business apps does mcpbizapps connect?
ERP, accounting, HR and CRM apps, including SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, Epicor and more. SAP Business ByDesign connects today in the console; other apps are set up for your team during a guided pilot.
Can the AI assistant change data in our business apps?
Only if your admin allows it. Every change is shown as a preview first, needs the person to confirm it, and needs a second person to approve it when it is above the amount you set. Admins can switch changes off completely. In SAP Business ByDesign, for example, assistants prepare and create sales orders this way.
Does mcpbizapps store our business data?
No. Business data is read live from your app when the assistant asks, returned and not stored. The only exception is a prepared change waiting for confirmation or approval, kept encrypted for at most 24 hours.
Do we need to write code or change our business app?
No code. Your app administrator creates a dedicated integration user with the access the tools need; for SAP Business ByDesign that also means turning on a few web services we provide. Your mcpbizapps admin then adds the connection in the console.
